Dalpar provides programmatic, technical, and logistics services and equipment, weapons, and materials supporting DoD and other government agency test, exercise, event, and special project requirements.  The purpose of these services contracts are to employ the resources and expertise of the Company to provide DoD and other government agencies with test, training, and exercise support services on a global basis.  The Company can deploy within the Continental United States (CONUS) in support of CONUS activities or world-wide in support of test, exercise, event, and special project requirements.  Most of the support requests and requirements the Company receives focus on providing realistic test and training capabilities and resources to support DoD, Inter-Agency, non-Governmental, and Coalition forces objectives relevant to the current operating threat environments overseas.

SeaPort-Enhanced (SeaPort-e) – On 5 April 2010, the Company was awarded contract Number N00178-10-D-5979.  This contract identifies Dalpar as a SeaPort-e qualified service provider for Research & Development Support, Training Support, Program Support, Interoperability, Test and Evaluation, Trials Support, Functional and Administrative Support for the Naval Sea Systems Command, Naval Air Systems Command, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command, Naval Supply Systems Command, Military Sealift Command, Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Strategic Systems Programs, and the United States Marine Corps in the Zone 4 region of SeaPort-e.

SBA 8(a) Business Development Program – On 29 May 2009, the Company was officially certified as a Participant in the U.S. Small Business Administration’s (SBA) 8(a) Business Development Program.  The CEO highly encourages Company employees to be aware of what this program is about and its value and importance for growing the Company.

The 8(a) Program – named for Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act – is a business development program created to help small disadvantaged businesses compete in the market place.  It is also designed to assist such companies in gaining access to federal and private procurement markets.

The focus of the program is to provide business development support, such as mentoring, procurement assistance, business counseling, training, financial assistance, surety bonding and other management and technical assistance.  The goal, however, is to prepare small disadvantaged firms for procurement and other business opportunities.
